The Secret plan to lose weight



This is the so called secret plan to lose weight planned by my two colleagues..

The strategy .. Herbal life products..... After talking with the two of them.. This is what I gather..

Meal substitute shakes - Protein milk drink to replace Breakfast and Dinner

Concentrate Herbal Tea - Religiously, they have to drink 2 litres of this tea daily..

Other strategies for the lose weight program - Lunch .. can maintain per normal meal .. Water .. On top of the 2 litres of concentrate herbal tea, they have to drink 2 Litres of plain water too..

I have tried to tempt them with chipmores cookies a today and it seem that the two of them are determine not to snack...

Let put it this way.... If you have to stuff yourself 4 Litre of liquids daily.. you will have no appetite to eat other things as you will be full by it alone...

So for anyone who wants to lose weight.. PLEASE DRINK 5 Litres of fluid daily.. I am sure you will lose weight eventually..
