Singgah Selalu at JB opposite Danga Bay

Had a wonderful lunch at Singgah selalu food outlet. Situated opposite Danga Bay, the place really served wonderful food! The black pepper chicken chop that I ordered was heavenly delicious!! My mum and Mak Yam ate local kampung dishes that is too old that I don even knows its names... But a great place to EAT!!!!

Wedding dinner at Gelang Patah - My dad's friend's daughter's wedding

I was fortunate enough to attend thos Kampung wedding at Gelang Patah. 3rd May 2009, We went over to Gelang Patah at Johor Bahru for a wedding luncheon. My dad's ex colleague daughter is getting married and the feeling of a kampung wedding is totally different from those under the void deck wedding that i frequently go in Singapore. The food was good! particularly the Ayam masak merah!!! It was damn good!! We stopover to King's warehouse ice cream sales after this trip and manage to buy $ 36.00 buck worth of ice cream!!!! It was that much!!!!!

Stupid driver crash into the side of my Wuling's car

30th Apr 2009, I discovered that my wuling car has been kissed by the side when a car was moving out from its stationary position. As you can see from the car, a white car has kissed the side of my car!! The driver must be drunk!! We found the car that have traces of our car paints on its side and was freshly kissed some else side. But the driver refuse to own up his mistake! He even dare to say that did we saw his car banged into our car!!! Such an arrogant!! We are not asking him to compensate! Just own up if you did it!!! But else, juz our luck to have such neighbours. We might have to knock and repaint the car for this. What an ASSHOLE!!!!

Sending off my Cuz's family at the Airport

My cuz who has been living in Aust for several years already is back for a visit.. She was here for 3 weeks and juz returned last Friday - 17 Apr 2009. Her family consist of her husband Hisham and three kids - Sarah, Danial and Daniez .. Her children are so used to English that their malay need to brush up. Oh well.. wishing them the best and juz mebbe mebbe one day.. I will visit them at Melbourne!

My wifey's neighbour's son's Wedding at the CC

I was at Bedok North Ave 1 Community Centre on 19 Apr 2009. It was my wife's neighbour's son's wedding. The place was decorated nicely with fresh flowers. It gonna cost them a bomb for that! The traditional malay Gamelan team was there too to play Javanese traditional songs.. It was quite impressive. The food was splendid! Plenty of choices to choose from! Had a ball eating the food that was available!! But muz watch my diabetes!! Too good to miss though!!!

Kok Sua's Wedding Banquet at Orchard Parade Hotel

10 April 2009, I was one of those lucky ones that was invited to Kok Sua's wedding held at Orchard Parade Hotel.

The Ballroom was alright but with low ceiling... the ambience is not that wonderful. Overall, the food was GREAT! We got fish, Sotong, Rendang Beef, Curry chicken and Tahu goreng.. It was really a sumptuous dinner. Great to catch up with Jaris, Kim Leong, James and Xiaoguang who all attended the wedding and were sitting in my table! Great Dinner!

Dinner at Ramen Ten

3rd Apr 2009. I was fortunate that my good friend, Ah Hong, treated us dinner at Ramen Ten. The place was nicely decorated and it was the first time I ate there. There is a wide variety of Ramen to choose. From Seafood, Beef Chicken and even Mushroom Ramen to choose from. I took the Salmon Ramen and the taste was simply nice!! Very delicious. The price is not that pricey and with Ahong treating kekekekeke its a free meal for me yesterday!!! Thanks Hong!! Glad we makan there.. never tasted Ramen before!!!!! SHIOK!
